These characters are so amazing! Their abilities are so inventive! Got the Sol Emeralds as both. Had the time of my life, something I haven't had since Adventure Sonic, Mario, Modern Sonic, etc. Great job!

Sol Emeralds do save, and they save for as long as if you have the luafiles folder with the saves to use em. If you do all 7 bosses hitless (you can do this one-by-one, it is not a one-go all hitless) you can then use the forms in singleplayer whenever you have 50 rings!

This works in netgames ONLY for yourself, so you can go Burning Blaze if you did the challenge, while others cannot go burning without doing the challenge. Enjoy using them even in level packs, as the data for the sol emerald collection is COMPLETELY separate from everything save related. You can try it out for yourself if you wanna!
 
Sometimes tail swiping this spring in GFZ1 doesn't send Marine very high, I don't know how to replicate it though or if it's specific to this underwater spring.
EDIT: it seems with other springs I'll also get the "sprong" sound if I hit the spring too early and just get normal spring height.
EDIT2: Marine can't power spring off of Spring Shells ;_;

it looks normal to me though when i tried it well except for the one
 
Rude and disrespectful to the authors. Creators have the right to create whatever they want, how they want.
Wow! Another boring characters without interesting and new mechanics for SRB2! As expected!
Instead of making someone a really interesting character, or at least interesting and new mechanics, the community, as usual, will make another Sonic characters. Since you love making them, WHY NOT MAKE BIG THE CAT, HUH? Even some joke character like Steve from minecraft will be more interesting than your weak Tanooki Yoshi and purple Taz the Tasmanian Devil with fire.
For example, there is a Piroli the Butterfly. He's interesting to play as because you feel like you're playing a BUTTERFLY and not a reskin of Sonic with new abilities. Someone even create the Pig from Bad Piggies with the mechanics of the structure of their car. You just reskinned old Blaze mod and Yoshi.
The future of custom characters in SRB2 is unknown, but while mods like Marine and Blaze are popular, it looks like it's going to be bad.

How is this a reskin? Also yoshi???

Are you trying to disrespect the creator or trying to beg for something either way back off, if you have nothing nice to say about this mod and want to whine about it do it somewhere else.

I'm disrespectful that modders can't create something interesting.
 
There are as many opinions as there are people...
But look, if this mod is not up to your standards then instead of whining and completely discrediting all the hard work that went into it how about you make your own mod that is "not a reskin of Sonic with new abilities" for the game called "Sonic Robo Blast 2"? And don't even think of saying that you can't draw/code/bother. Since you have found the time to write all of that then clearly you have the necessary coding and drawing skills as well as time and patience required to make a mod of the perfect quality.
