Small palette changes (making primary green color darker and made he skin lighter), and map icon update

The girl whose name literally means apple, Ringo Ando joins the race! Ringo hails from the Puyo Puyo series, and is labeled the protagonist along side Arle, and Amitie. Her stats resemble Knuckles, however she has a little more speed and less weight compared to him.

Small Update:
I've updated her map icon so it's more in style with SRB2Kart, also there has been a palette change, having Ringo's skin be lighter, and making her green darker so it's more flexible with other colors in-game.
