Here's a quick tutorial: Download the model pack. Open the zip. Drag the "PEPPERMODELS" Folder in your models folder which is in your SRB2 Folder. then open the models.dat that is in the model pack you just downloaded. Copy any model code you wanna set for the character/object/boss. Then once you copied the model code, go to your srb2 folder. Then open the models.dat that is in it. Then paste the model code for the character/object/boss (Click on the spoiler to see an example for model replacing)
You wanna replace SONIC PLAY/SONIC.md3 3.0 0.0 to SONIC PEPPERMODELS/SONIC.md3 2.4 0.0

small complaint, in your models.dat lines txt, the name of ring is RRNG instead of RING
i know that it's a simple fix, but for those who don't like reading and just copy and paste everything it becomes a problem
