This is a Neo model that I had custom made, I recommend using Lat's Animechars dot pk3 for the Neo character.

Features:

• Unique turning sprite
• Unique drifting sprite
• Unique hurt sprite
• Includes nopalette version

Installation:
Place the model in any folder you wish in your mdls folder, then add this line to your mdls.dat:

NEO FOLDERNAME/Neapolitan.md3 3.0 0.0
