This is a Neo model that I had commissioned, I recommend using Lat's Animechars dot pk3 for the Neo character.
Features:
Place the model in any folder you wish in your mdls folder, then add this line to your mdls.dat:
NEO FOLDERNAME/Neapolitan.md3 3.0 0.0
Credit for the model goes to mechano_ (including permission to post it here), the only work I had done was ask for revisions so please do not ask me to make any changes!
