Because I enjoy nothing more then making others suffer, I made a lua-based recreation of the secret ultimate mode.

Now, some of you may be asking, "What's ultimate mode?"
Hell. That's what ultimate mode is.
No rings, no shields, no checkpoints, and only one life. Make even one mistake and you're fucked.
...but now with friends!

I'd say to have fun, but you probably won't.​

the 2nd one is exploitable in netgames("spectating" players can dmg enemies), which is why I made the 1st one
speaking of which, I just realized that I forgot to make fire flowers despawn in my mod

that said, however, I was too lazy to implement a feature that sends the player back to the 1st lvl if everyone game overs, and I didn't care enough to figure out how to completely replicate the behavioral differences of jetty-syns in ultimate mode
