Adds Len from Tsukihime/Melty Blood as a playable character to use in srb2kart.

Internal Name: black_len

Weight: 3
Pref Color: Grey

Based on sprites and sounds from Melty Blood.
Wad built with kartmaker.
Converted to pk3 with convertpk3.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed a few issues caused by using kartmakers default values.
Changed to .pk3 instead of .wad since I finally got that working.
