[Character] GarkPACK - Now Featuring Red Mage!

Hi, I only recently started playing SRB2 Kart but very quickly was overtaken by the desire to make a character for it. So Here is my own character, Gark who was only named during the creation of this file oh well! Now that I'm in the swing of making more characters, I'll be adding them to this pack!

This pack contains

Gark!
They are a big, mean baddie with:
Weight: 7
Speed: 8

Sounds are sourced from:
- Ragnarok Online (various undead)
- Mario kart wii (dry bowser)

Flit!
As big as they are, they tend to get knocked around easy

Red Mage!
Likely the most flexible mage you've ever seen
Weight:5
Speed:5
