Start your engines for a Nitro-Fueled character pack. It's the CTR Character Pack! This will be a collaborative pack that will see future updates that will add the rest of the cast from Crash Team Racing, Crash Nitro Kart, and the Grand Prix characters of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

King Chicken
-Now uses the new Drift Engine sounds that Checkpoint Crate uses.
-This only applies to the Lua version of King Chicken. Within the seperate characters zip, the non-Lua version will still be at v1 with no new changes.

-Fixed the alignment of the A2A8 frames.

Crash
-Sprites have been updated to use the Orange skin color, allowing for his muzzle to be recolored.
Penta Penguin
-Sprites have been updated to use the Skunk skin color, allowing for the blacks to be recolored.
-CTR Kart now sticks to the White paint job.
-New Wanted icon.
N. Trance
-Now drives the CTR Kart with the Team Trance Green paint job.
-N. Trance's face no longer mirror flips in the drifting sprites.
Spyro
-Now drives the CTR Kart with the Spyromobile Purple paint job.
-Stats have been changed as to not be the same as Ami.

All voice clips are sourced from Crash Team Racing, Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot: Warped, Crash Nitro Kart, and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

You have the option to download a single .pk3 file (lua and lua-less) which contains all of the characters or the zip which have the characters in seperate .pk3 files if you only want to use certain characters.

I was actually really hoping the Nitro Squad would be made someday. So far, this pack looks like a lot of fun. My only real complaint is that I think Isabella's sprites can look a little goofy at some angles, but that's easily ignorable.

Looking forward to other Crash Characters being added in the future hopefully.

Sorry for the 3 month late reply, but I have no plans on doing alternate voices for the existing characters.


I have finally updated the pack, but I'm handling the Wave 3 characters a bit differently this time. Because it will take longer to get to the other characters, I will be releasing them as they are complete. The final Wave 3 update will be signified by changes to existing characters. For now, please enjoy Coco and Polar!

I have no plans of replacing existing characters with other versions for the foreseeable future. It's a hassle to have to adapt the sprites into the proper CTR Kart that I use for all characters within the pack.
