Over 20 classic palettes finally make their way into SRB2!

This mod ports the palettes of nearly every classic Sonic game (with the exception of Mania) and some ROM hacks in one complete package. The lists of palettes included can be found below. However, this excludes Sonic Mania as it has already been done here, and can no longer be added in as originally intended. Therefore, this mod has been tweaked often to reflect the changes in said mod and stay consistent in design.

DISCLAIMER: These palettes are mostly compatible with only the characters in vanilla SRB2 (no external mod palettes included). Also, keep in mind that these are NOT perfect replicas, as some of them greatly suffer extreme palette restrictions (thanks to SRB2's game-specific PLAYPAL) and are often held back from their original classic glory.

NOTE: In two consecutive days, I've worked on this mod as it aimed to bring some of our favorite palettes in Sonic Robo Blast 2 (as seen in various Sonic titles, fan games and ROM hacks), boasting up to 30 skincolors overall. These palettes include the palettes from almost all of the classic Sonic titles. The only question I have to ask is: how come no one thought of doing this? So now, I guess, I'm the first person to port almost all of the classic palettes. Could’ve been all palettes, but, hey, whuddayagonnado?

• Renamed all PINKs to "ROSY." This was done to stay consistent to SRB2's skincolor choices for characters. (Plus, it's a little easier to remember.)
• Renamed KCPINK to "KCRED" (for same reason listed above).
