Place KCEL into the mdls folder (Should be in the games main directory)

Open up mdls.dat (Also in the main directory for the game) and add these two lines at the bottom:

VIOLET KCEL/VILT.md3 3.0 0.0
EARL KCEL/EARL.md3 3.0 0.0

Cel Damage was my jam, but I'd like to see the characters have a bundled together PK3 as well. Regardless, welcome to releases!

Update! Earl got some small tweaks to his kart sprites, but the goalpost and icons have been mostly redrawn from scratch, so his mod is v1.1

I'd love to see more characters from cel damage make it into kart! I loved this game! Brian in particular is a favorite of mine.
