Here's another one of my OCs: Bradley. He is a hardworking car mechanic who also shows his true road skills when in a kart. He is also Chris's friendly rival as the two engage in racing competitions from time to time.
His speed is 9, and his weight is 5. While he does share similar stats with Chris, he is a little heavier than him.
