[Open Assets] ASJ's Skincolors (v1.1)

I've spent a lot of time making custom skincolors, so I figured "why not share my work?"

Thus, here we are: my assortment of skincolors (with possibly more to come, if I feel like it). Whether you want to use them or not, they're here regardless. Enjoy!

*Notes about SRB2Kart skincolors:

1. The SRB2Kart colors are not exact ports, as the palette used in SRB2 is different than SRB2Kart.
2. Jet-Kart and Dusk-Kart are modified so that they look similar to how the vanilla SRB2Kart characters would appear with the colors equipped; since SRB2 character skins typically use a different range of colors, using the original color ramps would not result in the same appearance. Pumpkin-Kart, however, has a color ramp similar to its original.

Several skincolors are renamed to avoid conflicts with other skincolor packs:

• "Pumpkin" is renamed to "Pumpkin-Kart"
• "Crystal" is renamed to "Crystallum"
• "Edgy" is renamed to "Punk"

Although "Edgy" is already a color made by CrystelleCore. Can you change its name to something else, please?
