It's a dog, driving a go-kart. What more could you possibly ask for? The Annoying Dog is here to burn rubber and steal mysterious artifacts (or first place, whichever works).
It has a speed and weight of 4. It can't reach the pedals, so it needs to stand on the seat with its hind paws and steer with the other two. How does it drive? Who knows? DETERMINATION? Dog Power™? A strange amalgamation of both? Truly, one of life's greatest mysteries.
The Dog's sprites were made by me and its voice clips are from Undertale.
