Once you've beaten it, you can re-enter by using the "silverhorn off" command and reaching the end of a stage w/ 50+ rings or via the "map mapry -force" command

EDIT: So, I decided to play it again to see if I'm wrong and... Yes, I'm wrong. It does require you to lose all lives in Mindscape and then give up on it and beat the game.

Not if cursed and if you're ultimate I only know that silverhorn can be turned off while ultimate while preserving your form however I'm not sure if the horn color will actually change

it will change back to brown if you turn off silverhorn by commands

The horn color will stay silver until you detransform. Typing silverhorn off while in ultimate form only makes Inazuma lose his super sparkles.
