Fixed a bug where respawning or being on a loop would cause the Ringboxcore sounds to play on every tic.
Changed the Jackpot award to be from Gamblecore 2: "I can't stop winning!"
Added rbc_debugprint to show debug information regarding Ringboxcore. Default is Off.
Fixed bugs regarding the "Let's go gambling!" sound effects retriggering upon touching a Ring Box while the roulette or an item is held, requiring another Ring Box award to be claimed.
Refactored code to not use S_IdPlaying for checking for sounds. This refactoring fixes the aforementioned bug...

I'm more going for a Silver styled holding system where you vacuum up enemies and then you can shoot them into a wall to destroy them. At the moment I'm using Flame's Map Object Pickup to do the holding but the overall logic hasn't been changed to account for when the enemy or monitor collides...
