To be honest, i remember that addon when it was just Dirk back in March 2020, during the first days when i started to play SRB2, and it's honestly a shame that it's not getting updates anymore, judging the fact that the creator was banned for tracing sprites from the SRB2Kart Community, and plus not only that, but the addon itself would probably stop working on later SRB2 Versions, but hey, thankfully, for now on, it still works, but i'm just ashamed that this addon is not gonna last forever after the creator being banned.
 
I have been told that this addon will break in 2.2.14
iirc it was something about dirk being the only one to show up

Whelp, this addon is going to the Obsoleted Graveyard...:blink:

If only Dirk didn't trace the sprites, then maybe this addon might strive with v3 Additions. Not to mention that this addon might be Un-featured when 2.2.14 Releases because what you told me.
 
You know that you're all allowed to port the addon and post it to the MB so long as it follows our guidelines right?
We have a whole section about it, you can patch out bugs that show up and release the port so long as it stays faithful to the original addon.
This addon breaking in newer versions would give you plenty of justification to do so.

And yes, you can port 2.2 addons to 2.2.14. You don't need to wait for a new major version for an addon to be ported.

So, you wanna post a mod you've made? Submissions is where it goes! When you post mods in Addons & More, a corresponding thread is created here. A judge will check your mod, and if it follows all rules and guidelines, then the mod will be approved, and its thread will be moved into its proper...

Keep in mind we'll only accept one port per broken/outdated addon. So if 20 people post their own ports, we'll only accept one.

Oh, I didn't know that. Guess that means that this addon wouldn't go the outdated releases. I mean, it's one of the best, right? I think so.
 
Why is there no update for a new Robuster character experience?

Come on, man. This is so sad. It's just half-hearted. We know he's given up on updating this mod, but it could be someone else managing it, like the Mario mod. I'm really disappointed and can't accept that this update will be discontinued. But I hope that if the original creator of this mod has given up, I hope someone will manage and develop updates for this mod. 🥀
