Adventure Sonic (v1.8b)

Adventure Sonic (v1.8b) v1.8b

I have a suggestion for 1.5: Change the light dash behavior depending on the game flair option in the SAMenu. If the game flair is set to SA2, it behaves like SA2. If it's set to SA1, it behaves like SA1(currently it behaves like SA1, anyway.). If it's set to Hybrid, both methods can be used. Also, can you add a Heroes game flair option? Would be pretty cool to use alongside the Heroes level pack.

Excuse me but flair is for purely cosmetic stuff

Also, how does the light dash behave differently in SA2 exactly?

Also Also, Adventure Sonic draws primarily from the Adventure games(you may argue he does take a dash of Advance but it's really not the whole focus at the end of the day) only so...really doubt they'll consideri a Heroes flair option, whatever that'll do

1. Well somebody should've said something!
2. The Light Dash is instant in SA2, here you have to charge power to use it, like in SA1. I can understand doing that for the Lightspeed Attack, but not the Light Dash. Even the old SA Sonic mod had an instant light dash!(No, not the oldest one, the one with vanilla Sonic sprites.)
3. Isn't Heroes classified as an Adventure game since it was released in the Adventure era?(1998 - 2005) (Heroes - 2003,2004) If there is a Heroes game flair, the Homing Attack sound from that game(which was reused in Sonic 4 along with some other sound effects) could play over the SA1/SA2 version. Also, airdashing gives him the same animation as airdashing in SA1, but he does flips when he lands a Homing Attack, like in SA2. And the light dash works the same way as SA2, but there's no Bounce Attack in Heroes(it wasn't in SA1, either.), so that's something else that could be altered.

1. That should've been obvious just from the word "flair" alone I feel

2. Oh. Eh I'm not keen on it honestly, plu it adds a sort of risk for charging, even with the Quick Charge Adventure Sonic has

3. Sure it was releasd in the same era but Heroes isn't apart of the Adventure games themselves I feel, and as Deadsky stated he draws from a1 and a2 mainly, no Heroes

IIRC they pointed out in the WIP thread before the mod released that they chose to only use the SA1 style light dash deliberately as a balance decision.

For some reason i am having an issue that adventure sonic's spin sterring is bad as the vannila. (Only in mobile thankfully.)

That sounds cool. Even though i've don't notice much differences between both games's Light Dashes' behaviors.

I'm seeing people talk this Adventure Sonic unlockable and I when to BHZ and completed it, then it said this message but after that I didn't know what to do?
How did you complete Black Hole Zone?! It's the hardest Nights level in the game! I know what you get from completing it, but I haven't EVER been able to complete it! Is there a trick you can use in that dreaded level to complete it properly? The farthest I've gone up to in the stage was the capsule containing the secret emerald!

I did it by spamdashing and enabling godmode.
