Anyway, Here's some ideas: X-Sonic could be able to wall run as long as he keeps up his speed. He could also be able to Spin Dash and Homing attack just because. Perhaps a slide kick could be used in some way. As for his super form, he should stand on a rock when he transforms or at least use the animation.

Homeing attack is kinda random. It’s generic and has never been something x sonic could use. Yeah he should definitely be able to wall run

Maybe also running right up walls? There's a few times Sonic does that in the show, not just wall running. If it were to be accurate however, it would probably be pretty overpowered, since he can just keep running up an entire building or cliff in the show.

Well, while you could mistake it for OP... If he ran just straight up walls... It wouldn't be OP. Vanilla SRB2, Cyberdime, and tons of levels would support this. Heck, it'll cause you to take a look around your area, and see how you could abuse it, rather than take a guess. This consequence takes full effect in Techno Hill 2 and onwards. My idea:

You can only run straight up, but can wall jump to another wall and continue. You can run up infinitely.

It would allow for more cause and effect, and balance this op ability.

I think this could balance it too. It also makes it so you can't really take knuckles' wall climbing paths with it, since those usually require climbing to the side.

Yeah. Only GFZ, THZ, DSZ1 & ACZ2 can be done. Though, you can take tons of Amy, Fang, and Knuckles routes since all usually combine.

GFZ2: Ah yes, the act that introduced split paths. It can. Just not Amy's secret garden area.

THZ1 Knux: Can be done. All routes. The 1st spilt looks as if it can't, but it really can. Sure, you can't break the wall that splits up the areas... But with mods or Noclip you still can beat it. Just run up the side, and jump.

THZ2 Knux: Same as THZ1. I beat the area as Fang with Hookring, and Sonic + Tails. You just gotta run up the wall and stay near the side. The rest is doable. Then, just Noclip through the walls.

DSZ1 Knux, Amy: Only Knux this time. It's just a wall.

ACZ2: Yes. Yes it can. You can beat Knux and Fang's routes... But Amy is impossible.


The rest and unmentioned can't be cleared.
 
In fact I've got some ideas of my own:

Homing attack but more like smash bros ( because that's kinda how he does it in he show he jumps up and charges it up in the air).

Regular spin dash

Since X in the show is meant to be that era's sonic aka advance / adventure sonic mabey you could add a slide

When getting 20 rings ( based on the amount of rings needed to get into the a mini stage in sonic 3 for absolutely no reason) you can do his ultra spin dash aka spin dash but it has more speed an sends enemies into prices ( kinda unnecessary but it could also be when you hold down his reg spin dash long enough with no rings needed)

And for his super form you should have him fly like sonic mania's final boss and he can shoot projectiles

But that's just my stupid input ima head out now
 
Hmm, maybe a homing attack/light-speed attack could be given to the ring power thing? I mean, repeatedly in the show, at least early on, it seems to either be able to fly, redirect itself in the air easily, or straight up home in on targets.

Although, what about there being a dashmode? It could look like the... first? Second? Episode where he breaks the speed of sound.
 
a basic ability would be the spindash, i wouldn't describe his own homing attack even though in the show it wasn't very clear but it does look like he used one. then for a ring consumption you could do that one move that he always uses that over powered ring for. and the wall run and wall scale is pretty cool. but i feel like running up walls just be depending on speed not like knuckles jumping back and forth climbing walls. (Basic abilities for the base form)
