Self Explanatory
This is one of two files I had auto-loaded throughout 2.2's development. (the other just changes "RINGS" into "COINS", so if you ever come across a screenshot/gif with it, you know who recorded it)
Ever since the Addons menu's implementation, I had this niche XP styled version done for fun, but forgot to submit it for 2.1/Kart.
Included are two files, a Vanila version and a Kart version (due to palette differences).
