A little Lua script I put together, inspired by another Sonic fangame, Sonic Utopia. It allows you to uncurl by simply letting go of the Spin button.
This allows rolling to become less committal, letting you pick up a bit of speed or hit an enemy without having to go out of your way to get back on your feet afterwards.

- 10-Line Momentum: Pretty much a necessity to get the full experience out of this mod. Lets you uncurl without immediately losing all the speed you may have gained. Any momentum mod should do nicely, but 10-Line Momentum is the simplest and doesn't alter the vanilla controls in any other way.
- Classic Spindash: A nicer spindash than Vanilla. This mod makes the spindash a bit more useful, particularly in conjunction with a momentum mod, allowing you to build up incredibly high speed and then not immediately lose it. Technically, you still get these benefits with the vanilla Spindash, but that one takes too long to charge up and generally isn't as fun to use.
- Drop Dash: Sees similar benefits to the Spindash, albeit not quite as powerful.
