[Open Assets] Timsanity's Pack: King-Sized Update (also OC Part 2) 1.8

Three new characters, one returning!
Goomboss & King Bob-omb from Super Mario, Junimo from Stardew Valley, and Jestrami, one of many of my OCs!

Also two followers have been added to the pack: Job Crystal from Final Fantasy, and Camo Regrow Bloon

And also rivals tweaks for most of the characters

And now, my first srb2k character, Simon Plusher, got a big glow up for ring racers!
(seriously, compare this to how my oc looked in srb2k, and its like night & day)
This update was originally gonna be 2 characters, but simon plusher took longer than i expected, so I split the update in two parts!
also, terraria slime got some visual tweaks

White Mage (The Mario Sports version) from Final Fantasy is now in ring racers!

Ecolo and O are now here!
also, bidoof forgot how to use "vine boom"

The meme characters i made long ago in srb2k are now here in ring racers! Those being, The Klasky Csupo Logo, Bidoof, and the Camo Regrow Bloon.

Philip J. Fry from Futurama is now here!
Also AIM has been color tweaked to be a brighter shade of yellow when the default color is selected.

I just now realized that I forgot to add Sam O'Nella's slow.ogg this should fix this oversight, and not be sonic's.

And now for a slime from terraria, this one is unstable and explodes into gel upon being hit!
