[Open Assets] Splintered Steeple Zone [Race] v1.2a

My friends and I have been playing this in our server and its a BLAST. Nice open and wide track with a strong theme and that commits. Works well with trick mods too which makes that spring segment even more hype. Solid track and thank you for making something this detailed when Ring Racers has mostly taken over.
