He's quite a basic fellow, who just bounces at you menacingly
He also has 2 alts, all of which bounce differently!!

-Splats can get stuck on walls and slopes sometimes, but it's easy for it to get unstuck most of the time
-Splats can't be spawned in the air, if it is, then it'll just bounce forward and never target the player
