specki v1.3 (wip)

+ Added CEZ gimmick. (boss not included yet)
+ THZ gimmick can be used anywhere in THZ.
+ You can breathe in water forever.
+ Added Maril (unironically, go to AGZ).
+ Added custom title screen(s).
+ Hidden easter egg related to the above.
+ More prep for stuff.

+ Added wip intro cutscene
+ Added new boss to THZ3
+ Preparing for DSZ and mecha specki fight
+ New gimmick in THZ3
+ MainCfg added, specki is now her own campaign

+ Added transgender flag wave (Custom 3 + Toss Flag)
+ Added transformation, death and drown sprites
+ You can stop particle accelerating now
+ Added stick (skim) sprites to the file
- Other players can no longer hear the Friday Night dance
+ Yummy!

(the campaign will not be done for a while, sprites will take a while, and i have to remake the logic of every enemy too)
