Levels are of inconsistent quality, but it's overall a very servicable. The golden box Speed Shoes spam in most stages makes this feel playable even with vanilla's slower characters, and I wish every stage had it. I love how clear you've made the checkpoints are made, players aren't going to accidentally miss them or wonder where they are. However, almost all stages need more rings as a guiding force and depth perception aid.
-Nighty Hills: Good start with some hill platforming, then gets bland with an annoyingly long and slow waterslide, and some rather empty hallways.
-Speedway road: Cool runway level for pure speed, but the skybox and the way the road turns into it is incredibly disorienting...
-Racing Valley: Excellent, love the creative shortcuts and massive checkpoint structures. Would benefit alot from rings to point out optimal paths.
-Icy Rush: The skybox water pit makes for an interesting water "reflection", and I like the transition to molten snow. Platforming sections is awkward and disorienting because that section uses alot of samey textures, the final sloperamp downwards could stand to be steeper.
-Inferno Cave: Very bland and samey. DESPERATELY needs scenery and textures that are not red, plus some lighting work. Also needs rings and the speedshoes spam you usually do.
-Urban Circuit: Shortcuts are useless, just wasting time. This stage in particular is so inflated it's no fun for anyone except SMS even with speed shoes spam. With SMS+speedshoes, though, it's a blast.
-Flooded Race: What I said for Urban Circuit.
-Aerial Race: Adventure Sonic heaven with all the slopejump shortcuts and gaps to uncurl-boost over. Decent fun for anyone else too!
-Orange Rush: Bit uninspired. Way too many blocky speedbumps. Feels like a 1.09.4 circuit map. Could use more slopes & verticality.
About Inferno Cavern, it used to be worse before, but i lend the map to a friend so he could help me remake it, as i was too busy with the coop by that time, so for saving some time i asked him some help, so most of the stuff at the beggining, on the part where you go up, was partially his, and i did my best to acommodate everything to make it more coherent
