[Open Assets] SonicX8000's Huds & Fonts Update 14

This update should've been released some time ago, but I was held up by a few things. There's a few changes since the yellow colormaps got updated and I had to update the yellow graphics to match that in a way. More info of these changes are in the patch notes.

Oh, and I'm throwing in another HUD Style.

- Changed the zigzag coloring for Boss Acts as well as the text.

SRB2ShinyFontS3K-v3.3
- Removed TL10 thru TL19 as they aren't used anymore by the vanilla game.

Time for another Hud Style. I preset you the "Rush Tally Hud" which includes both their Shiny & Legacy Shiny versions.

These Huds are based off the end results tally whenever you finish a level in Sonic Rush for the Nintendo DS. I figure that this could have a use as a possible hud style and after looking into it... it was do-able and so... here it be.

As usual... "Shiny" is with the newer shine with the RINGS & TIME disappearing while "LegacyShiny" is with the old shine effect with the RINGS & TIME flashing red. These styles can be found in "SonicX8000-Hud_006" along with the rest of the Hud Styles.

I suppose it's time to release another hud style. Introducing the Shiny Origins Hud as well as the Legacy Shiny Origins Hud.

These are new hud styles that are kinda based off the hud from Mission Mode in Sonic Origins. It's almost the same as that although some of the characters needed... a touch-up.

"Shiny" is with the newer shine effect as well as the RINGS & TIME disappearing while "LegacyShiny" is with the older shine effect as well as the RINGS & TIME flashing red. These styles can be found in "SonicX8000-Hud_005" along with the rest of the Hud styles.

This was originally going to be part of Update 9, but I couldn't really find a decent shine style to use for the HUD. It was only after I released Update 9 is where I found a decent shine style to use for the HUD.

***Styles***
"SRB2LegacyShinyHudNoItalic"
"SRB2LegacyShinyHud"
"SRB2LegacyShinySmallHud"

These aren't really new as these contain the old hud shine style before the update... in case you still prefer the old shine than the updated one. While you could not update and still use an old version of shiny hud... these may contain a few patches, such as a slight change to the numbers.

"SRB2LegacyShinySmallHud" is new, there wasn't a 'legacy' version of it before with the old shine but I figure just for consistency I label it as a legacy version since it's using the old shine.

Finally, for Legacy versions the RINGS & TIME flashes red instead of disappearing. The Non-Legacy Versions still disappears as before. Think of it as...

Legacy -> Sonic 1 / 2 / CD flash style
Non-Legacy -> Sonic 3 / 3K flash style

Long overdue for this update due to some setbacks... such as my NVMe Drive failing on me which wiped the WIP addons but thankfully I had the graphics stored on a different storage drive so not much was lost. Now the rundown...
