[Open Assets] Sonic Megamix 5.0a HUD v1.4

Been a while since I updated this. Now that NiGHTS Graphics have been whitelisted since v2.2.11, I figured I could drop an update that takes advantage of that.

And that's not all!

I also wanna show off some more previews of the upcoming "Deluxe" version of this HUD mod with programming by ashi, which aims to add more of the bells and whistles from both the original Sonic Megamix v5.0a and Megamix Mania, such as a custom title card, the HUD taking your character's skincolor, and more!

And since this IS Megamix after all, Shadow and (SSN)Mighty will be supported too:

We'll also make sure you'll be able to add support for your own Custom characters too, so stay tuned for that!
