Soap the Hedge! (Legacy) 1.2.4.2

Really minor change here, just updating peelout stuff to be from the recent Peelout Update.

-Updated peelout sprites and code to be from SuperPhanto's recent update

If you don't want flashing lights in v2.2.11 with Soap, I'd suggest you download this build!
