Smiley Boy Joins the Race!

I came up with this character out of sheer boredom and I decided to make him a kart mod.



He has a speed of 6 and a weight of 4.
Voice clips are clips of my voice pitch shifted.

Also included in the zip file is and MD2 model. The Smiley Boy model is made by me and the Kart model is made by Jeck Jims.
