[Open Assets] RTG's Color Patch v2.1

Colormap updated with a proper graymap.

This update keeps the vanilla character select colors and vanilla character sign posts.

Reworked Magenta

Thunder shield color patched as well as the color Taffy being batched

Elemental Shield Recolor as well as Tan, Beige, Moss, and Azure being patched

The Pitty Shield gets a recolor!
