This is actually version 2 of this mod. Version 1 never went on the message board because I didn't think it would get accepted, considering the mod was terrible, buggy, and had recoloured and edited Sonic sprites. This one is different, this one has a bunch of sprites drawn by myself. Feel free to try him out.
