[Open Assets] Rainbow Colours 1.3 - The Wacky Update

Sorry it's been so long again between updates. Just got done fixing scripts indev within other projects and realised I should probably release this. No anniversary post or anything (Way too far past that now)

Changelog, because you know we like them:
+ Added more Static Colours than ever added in one release at 7!
= Moved the two Animated Colours to not disrupt the colour gradients any more than I already have
= Finally gave up using the Sk_ prefix, moving to L_ like every other Skincolour mod.
= It's not Christmas anymore. Get over yourself, me 9 months ago.

As is custom, here's an image with all the new colours. Have fun and I'll see you all when I inevitably remember again lmoa

I should've released this a whole four days ago. Whoops!

Anyway, the installation process is a pain in the ass no more and takes less addon space!

+ Added back the old pre-1.2 colours under new names (just in case someone prefers the old shades)
= Moved the super colours into the main file, decluttering the experience.
- Removed the Readme, Super Test Script and Super Colour file. Now you download just one PK3!
+ Included more Super Colours for a complete roster of Super Colours... for the base cast at least.
- Removed the edits to the base cast that changed their Super Colour. I recommend you use SuperColors Revamped to apply your new Super Colours.

It's been a while, huh? MB's switched infrastructures a while ago, so I think now's a good time to finally update this. (After all, late is better than never!)

= Overhauled most of the Static Colours. Now none of them will fade to black, making them better (in my opinion)
+ Added Sorbet, Elderflower and Formula to the list! (Dualtone was made roughly at the same time but that's part of v1.1)

- Added more procrastination than I really need.... As in, that's it. Oh and I guess there should now be Xenforo stuff too but eh
