Here are Raiden and Scorpion from Mortal Kombat 2 that I slapped and "painted" together in the past couple days. I literally just started playing the game less than a week ago so I don't quite know what the meta is in terms of stats (or if there even is one) so I just put them as what I think they should be. Feel free to change the stats however you want.
