Honestly one of my favorite track packs so far, the visuals are just as amazing as the ones in the actual game (although they might be just ported into the Legacy Palette) and the layout of the maps overall is very creative, plus some other "mechanics" such as Space Pinball's "The Walls Are Moving!" event that occurs on each lap, my only real problem would be performance; On low end devices Thousand March War might cause some problems on high player lobbies due to all the explosions and items that are everywhere, but asides from that, this has to honestly be one of, if not, the best track packs I've seen out there.
