This is a full on remake/rewrite of poyo's version of PizzaTime. It also includes many quality of life changes.

- An overall remake, I might've accidentally created new features or left out some, but this went through a bit of play testing.
- A new lap and end triggers are sector based instead of collision based. (If theres a map that has a problem with this, please tell me asap in the discussions thread)
- New HUD elements such as a lap count so no confusion arises. And a HUD hint about pressing FIRE when you finish a lap!
- You can now limit how many times a lap are gone through the (jisk_maxlaps)
- You can now force players to do laps instead of them waiting a the end (jisk_forcelap)
- Players now get invincibility frames when starting a new map (jisk_tpinv)
- The pizzafaces are actually.. Pizzafaces this time?!
- New practice mode! Activates when you're alone in a server, and game ends when someone joins!
- Spectators no longer revive when being crushed or killed.
- New announcements and changes to announcements, such as lap announcements with the time and player attached to it!
