Updated the MAINCFG to fix some issues with new files and Record Attack. Also makes all vanilla characters playable even if not unlocked. Thanks to Othius for the fixes!
[FIXES]
-Software Mode has had a lot of visual problems addressed so it now looks and plays better in that mode for anyone that wants it.
-The level now shows up in Record Attack and doesn't lock out other levels in Level Select.
[TWEAKS]
-Added some monitors to an empty corner of the level... you probably won't even notice.
