Changed:
- Two players spinning will now bounce off each other instead of damaging based on who did it last making it more fair
- Fixed bug that would cause a giant or invincible player to be instagibbed when they were spun into when used in HPMOD
- Made sure the code on hit doesn't run when it doesn't need to (ie victim is invincible for example)
- Spin now takes HPMOD SneakerRam Timer into account
