[Open Assets] Mylo's Extra Battle Emotes! v1.3

-Removed some uneeded emotes in order to clean up the wheel a bit.
-New sprites for the Attack and Defend emotes.
-Moves the No Problem and GO emotes to the back of the wheel.
-Added a new Hey, over here! emote.
-Kept the Skull Emoji because I had to .
-New config lua added by @NeonSRB2.
-All custom emotes now have Subtitle support.

Added a few more emotes and changed some existing onces.
Changes:
Flag changed to RedFlag
NoFlag changed to BlueFlag
YesFlag changed to Diamond
