Happy Labor Day, everynyan! In the span of 2 months, a
lot has transpired. From me making friends with
many more people on Discord, to breaking part of my finger at work (true story, but thankfully, I'm fine). Thus, I'm happy to release
Ms. Yukari's Daioh Drifters V2: Second Semester! It has a
wealth of new additions and improvements to make V1 feel more like a complete package, and
then some. Here's
everything that was added and/or changed:
~ADDITIONS~
Osaka, the spacey Southerner, transfers in!
Hakase, the immature genius, crosses over!
Sakamoto, the cat-of-the-house, scurries forth!
Nokotan, the antlered entity, lends a deer!
Daioh Drifters' first ever Follower wanders in... Mayaa! Sprited by KellyGoblino.
You can now use the Japanese voices for every single Racer! Because of this, the RacerPak has been split into EN and JP versions. Be sure to load the correct one!
'Working Designs' signposts have been added to every single Racer, even the cast from V1!
Lastly, lots of new music has been added to the SoundPak, with a few songs being swapped / replaced altogether. (This includes more replacement songs if you preload certain map packs!) Something Special might even await you, should you do well in a Grand Prix...
~MINOR CHANGES~
- Made Chihiro's EN voice more audible in-game.
- Changed Chiyo's EN Slow line.
- Changed Kagura's EN HitConfirm line.
- Changed Kaorin's EN Gloat line.
- Removed Lock-On Support for Neetso's Osaka because- duh. However, it has been replaced with identical support for MarbleChese's Nano!
Enjoy the update, for the artists and I poured a lot of heart into it! Then, in 3 days, you guys will promptly forget all about Daioh Drifters and play Silksong! /hj
