[Open Assets] Metal Sonic Jump Thrust 3 - The Hover Update

Metal Sonic's hover ability can now be used after the Jump Thrust! Just jump again after using the jump thrust. Here are the gifs:

Also removed the zoom sound to make it less annoying on your ears.
