Latias & Latios Pack (SRB2Kart) + DRRR Backport V3.1 + RR V1.1

This update only affects the DRRR file - this is now at V1.1.

Latias and Latios for Ring Racers have received patches so the backports have followed suit;

Latias:
- Revisited hurt sprites to exaggerate expression further, akin to Latios' hurt sprites.

Latios:
- Adjusted Gloat SFX; echo was mismatched and wanted to improve the audio in general.
- Fixed the numerous stray pixels and errors from hurt sprites.

The DRRR versions of Latias and Latios have been backported to SRB2Kart!

The download will let you choose between the legacy V3.1 versions and the backport version.

Coded as LatiasDRRR (Prefix DLAS) and LatiosDRRR (Prefix DLOS), the SRB2Kart and DRRR versions can be loaded simultaneously if necessary.

Straight from DRRR means some audio and volume have changed, however stats remain the same.
