I Agree with everyone else here, and yes the main issue is the sprites, still very solid movement, hope ya update this later with new sprites!

This lil' guy is my favorite IDW sonic comic character and was disappointed when he didn't make it into dash while surge did, but him here in a sonic fan game makes me smile

I've been waiting for a Kit mod ever since I found the Surge mod, and I will say that I really like him! His moveset really fits him, essentially being a sonic-y spin on Mario's moveset from Super Mario Sunshine.

The only thing I'm not really a fan of though is the sprites. It's pretty clearly just a pre-rendered 3D model, which doesn't really fit in with the rest of the sprites in SRB2. The water tank HUD could be a bit smaller imo, and maybe could have a bit more detail added to fit in better.

Overall though, the gameplay matters a bit more than the sprites, and I really enjoy the gameplay! 4/5!

Gave Kit a thorough testing. I like him! He's basically just F.L.O.O.D from Super Mario Sunshine, blatantly too. I can see the "easy to learn, hard to master" appeal to Kit.

The spritework. The 3D pre-rendered look is just your usual style now, I guess. It's fine, but very messy output. Lots of orphan pixels. I don't particularly like the colored outline over him tbh. And the water tank HUD doesn't fit into SRB2 at all. SRB2 doesn't really use outlines. The shading is very amateur-ish, not really showing any depth or emphasis on the shape. Saint11 has some really great animated pixel art tutorials if you ever need some guidance!

Pretty good mod. Not much negatives I can give to the overall package. Neat! 4/ 5
