Katarina, like a lot of the other human characters, doesn't have any particular edge when it comes to her speed. However, she's got a pretty high weight stat: is it her dress, her farming, or all those sweets...?
So, this mod came about as a result of the following conversation:
— "Hey, do you wanna try out SRB2Kart?"
— "Isn't that the one where you can mod characters in?"
— "Yes."
— "One moment."
...Which then resulted in me adding my favorite anime character to the game.
All sprites created by me (Medallions). All voice clips were ripped directly from the HameFura anime. It was really fun to make this! Some of the sprites seem a little wonky, but I'm just happy it worked really well once I saw the end product.
Huge thank you to KazuNEET, who pointed me to SRB2Kart and provided so much help, even cleaning up the sprites and the voice clips so that they were fully functional! Honestly, I'd say half the credit goes to him. And big thanks to Ultimate Vocal Remover 5 for removing the background music, fickleheart's KartMaker, and the Kart Krew Discord, which has SeanTG246's asymmetrical KartMaker template.
