Chen might be a lightweight, but she puts her shrimpiness to good use with her speedy footwork (and by speedy footwork, I mean DANG that is some FAST pedaling). I'm going to be honest. Pretty much every decision I've made with this character was made with the thought of "this will be funny" in mind.
