This is pretty good!! I love the Homing Snap, thought it would just be a copy/paste of Shadow's ability but it definitely feels like its own thing. I don't really mind the prerendered sprites either; the insanely good animations more than make up for them.

I will say though that the hover feels pretty unwieldy; steering is near impossible, the acceleration throws me off quite a bit, and the fact that you can only activate it once per jump without Homing Snapping is a huge detriment.

I'd suggest maybe giving it a few startup frames to aim properly (like a charging-up animation), and allowing it to be activated more than once per jump. Not too sure how to remedy the acceleration, but maybe I just have to get used to it.

Edit: Another thing I forgot to mention, I feel like the hover ability could use some visual effects, it feels pretty mundane as it is right now. Maybe a slight red glow or something

I love this! Did a couple runs with him and he feels fun and powerful, but he also feels like somehow he's both missing something to flesh him out in some ways *and* feels a bit too strong in other areas; I can't help but feel like he needs some kind of balancing to help make him feel more fleshed out and, well, balanced.

-His Hover Dash feels a bit unwieldy in that it's very hard to change course or decide on an alternate path once you commit to it, but it is challenging in a positive way to control and feels fun to pull off well.

-His Homing Snap is SUPER fun to mess around with and I love how you can change your trajectory off of a badnik with movement keys to help position for the next Hover Dash, however it feels like it's *too* powerful in the sense that he remains invulnerable when attacking even flaming Pyreflies, Snappers, spinning Spincushions and the like.

-His Homing Snap feeling too powerful also feels like it sort of undermines Tidal Wave's utility, making Tidal Wave feel *underpowered* comparatively as a result, feeling less useful.

I do like the sprites, seeing models be transformed into sprites in a 2D space has always felt like an under-utilized method that allows for an artstyle that can stand in contrast with SRB2's artstyle yet still look good in SRB2, and I'm happy to see that it can still work well.

The voicelines are a very neat touch, they make Infinite feel more interactive and "animated", if that makes sense. They do sound a bit quiet compared to the volume of the music and other sounds despite both Sound Effects and Music being set to the same value, but that may just be me.

His Overclocked form is a TON of fun to mess around with, especially with the custom music, yet it feels like it leaves Tidal Wave hanging by not giving it a buff and choosing to buff Hover Dash and Homing Snap instead.

Overall I find this to be a very fun character despite having some drawbacks to his abilities, and I can't wait to see how you might improve upon him if you choose to do so. If not, can't wait to see more from you and what you make in the future!

I like this is more of an actual thing now, I just think it's alright tho. I really liked when I opted the game itself had infinite saying his name, it makes sense but at least for me their wasn't anything in the screen but it's still worth keeping just maybe kind of annoying when booting the game since I cant skip it (I'm only able yo go on mobile so Idk if that's the case for anyone else.) Secondly the sprites are decent but like i said on other mods the style isn't place srb2 and that's a lil annoying to my eyes, it's still not bad at all maybe just make the outlines be colored, having more expression (with stuff like the arms and stances not really saying to get rid of his helmet) and adding some effects like when he's flying or using his snap to make it more apar from silvers mod which isn't perfect but it is where i feel makes sense to compare to since...they kinda are the same despite this mod doing other things, speaking off! The moveset makes sense, but i think maybe there can be a way to make infinite float off the ground by a button would make sense fron being able to do so in the games and maybe make it so it's the same speed as walking to give the current floating system a reason to exist still, and I think for taunts a menu could be nice if possible but it's not really something needed like alot of other things. The mod is pretty good for a start, I did find this one glitch were I got trapped in gfz1 cage from snapping to an enemy which I originally thought was cool but without enemies i can't snap out the area so...yeah. I won't count that as a negative tho since it's clearly unintentional

At last, an actual, original, playable Infinite joins the roster - and boy am I glad! (Infinite fan here.)
After a good little testing with the main man, I suppose I have some opinions upon his designing. As this is a first time rating, excuse me if it's a little weird.

Pros:
-Infinite is playable
-He feels good to play as, a solid experience
-Definitely makes you think differently whilst as him, giving off a fun new way to get around places (Although this is usual for anyone who's not from the main cast.)

As someone who's played all your previous characters, seeing this guy pop up on the main page was nice - even though he is a new release.

Mid:
The only possible problem here is the spritework, but I can accept it - seems to be a 3d model which, honestly, I too would use - he still looks good nonetheless.

And now, unfortunately...

Cons:
-Using his teleport to hurt an enemy sends you flying at high speeds, no matter if you were standing still. This can get annoying as, for example in the Brak fight, you are forced to quickly glide back onto stage before falling off. Same goes for someone like Fang
-Tidal wave is FAR too weak in some situations - you are forced to stop moving and fire a project that may not even hit the enemy. Testing Metal's boss resulting in seeing that the Tidal wave could BARELY reach him, and sometimes wasn't even able to either target or hit him altogether. Perhaps completely changing that move to just one of the cubes he usually uses, which could perhaps move over the ground before homing to the closest enemy, aerial or grounded, would make it more viable
-His hover is:
a) Too slow - even in overclocked form, you can barely turn before hitting a wall. Perhaps make it work like Silver's hover
b) Too fast - three seconds can be fine in most cases, but Metal's race showed that that time is just enough for Infinite to land neatly upon the second set of spikes in the beginning, killing him there and then

Overall, Infinite is a good character, but not your best - which pains me to say, as I want this jackal to be good. What he needs is a little rework to his abilities - a bit of speed, battle viability and maybe even an invincibility run like Metal - and this character would truly hang with, and even above the rest of the main cast.

P.S. - Might also be wise to buff his overclocked form too. Him firing only one projectile even then leaves him in a weird position of barely any change to his strengths.

From the experience, the sprites looks alright, however, the gameplay is sorta inconsistant. The glide/flying ability needs to be more controllable but it's sorta okay.

Not gonna infinite cool but he is not really fun to play as if infinite had depth of quality maybe having movesets or somethinghe can be fun for srb2
