-ghost portal can no longer pass into zoom tube sectors

-fixed perish song effect when upside down

-perish song adds score when it kills someone

-destiny bond now credits Hyudoro for the kill

-added console command hyudoro_cmd_swap which can swap the crouch command with the spawn portal command
