Hydro the Otter (KC_Hydro-v1.pk3)

Coming back with yet another Sonic oc, this time one that I designed for a friend.

This is Hydro the Otter, I designed him a few years back when I went through redesigning my friends' old recolors alongside making my own ocs, and now he's my second oc made for kart, funny how that works huh?

He's playable now, so that's a thing that happens sometimes.
