[Open Assets] Hoichiu v1.3

I like the character, it's cool that different shields gives different projectiles to shoot to Hoichiu.

It's actually a pretty good mod.

The gun ability is a bit hard to land, but the idea of it changing with shields is creative.

My only problem is that there's no ability with the force shield, and boost mode is just kinda... there.

Really just what you'd expect from a first mod. Abilities that aren't that creative? Check. Sorta meh sprites? Check. Poor grammar? I guess check. I do hope I'm not demotivating you, and I hope you improve later down the line.
