Fixed mask teleport to actually work properly on vanilla client/clients without player.mo.spriteyoffset. (this was never a problem with hat teleport so I just missed something pretty silly)

- Use a namespace instead of multiple player vars
- Add usual Lua optimization tricks to hathook
- Fix incorrect hat offset on mobjscaled maps
- Converted ThinkFrame used for randomhat function to PlayerThink instead
